I have a good friend here in Phoenix, AZ-USA who was born 09/08/68, she spent the next 7 years in foster homes and was formally adopted by the Northrups.
It is believed that she may have been born in Moncton, NB, area, but the mother may not have lived there.
Any information would help, just reply to this message, maybe we are on the same track, if not maybe we can help each other.
