Hi Karen! My father was Richard Bower at birth in Syracuse NY. St. Joseph's Hospital. Born June 16 or 17, 1951. Fostered by a Ladd family for approx. 7 months,then adopted by A couple in Sandy Creek NY. I have had no luck finding ANY family.
