I am researching this for master's thesis in psychology counselling as well as desiring to become a single adoptive parent at 54. Is there anyone out there who can share their wisdom with me?

Hi...I'm a single parent of two China beautiful children, Zoe 3 and Amy 20 months and I'm 43....and sometimes feel like 50, so I say you go girl! And let me tell you...even at 50, THE BEST IS YET TO COME and these children in China need homes, desperately...CONSIDER INTERNATIONAL...you could get a young child, toddler, baby, etc....may I recommend Bethany Christian Services, who handle domestic and international adoption..they could steer you in the direction of what you are qualified for.
Good luck, if you have any further questions, don't hestitate to contact me at and consider joining our club! You are as young as you feel!
