We are in the search a male that was given up for adoption in the early 70's. Possible in 1973. His birth name is Kevin Lee Calzo. His birth date is Nov. 25 or the 28 of 1971.
Kevin was raised by his mother for 2 1/2 years before he was given up. He was born in Tucson Arizona, Pima County. The case worker at the soical serves in Pima County name was Mr. Lee. This is the only information I know about Kevin. We are in hopes to find him for piece of mind. And to let him know that he is thought of everyday and loved.

These are some searching suggestions that you might try:
...if you have not already done this, you can request your original birth certificate in Alaska
...you might go to this website on Alaska law and find more information:
...obtain "non-identifying" information about your birth parents from the adoption agency that handled your adoption. If you do not know the name of the agency contact this office:
State of Alaska, Dept of Post Adoptions, POB 110630, Juneau, AK 99811
...request a "Waiver for Consent to Contact" form from the adoption agency and have it placed in your adoption file
...if possible, talk to your adoptive parents about any legal paperwork that they might have about your adoption proceedings
...also ask your adoptive parents if they saved any notes or have any memory of information given to them at the time of your adoption
...it is possible to petition the Superior Court in the county where your adoption was finalized to open your sealed adoption file.
...post your information with as many on-line registries as possible and don't change your email address until your search is resolved.
...and most important...don't ever give up. Even the most difficult searches can probably be resolved if you persist in your search.
Warm Regards,
