This tender adoption story about a young orphan from Kazakhstan demonstrates the joy of families. When Doug and Lesley decided to adopt internationally and were shown Kirill’s profile, they knew immediately that he would fit right in with their family. Kirill and his new grandpa, Chris, enjoy their time together. And not just because they are both guys who know how to have fun!  Chris and Kirill are both missing their right hands.  When these two greet each other, instead of a hug, they offer each other a “stump bump.”  “The ironic thing about Kirill having the same hand as me is I can’t buy gloves with him — and when we walk down the road holding hands, one of us has to walk backwards,” Chris Facey said.
