Missing Daughter; Born May 17, 1976 in Miami Florida

This photo is Milagros Aguiar age 6 months old we both lived in a foster home together. I took care of her and made sure she was always clean and fed. I was 16 years old at the time and going to night school. I had dreams to make a beautiful life for my baby and myself. One day I was removed from the foster home without notice. They said it was going to be temporarily. Two days before she turned One, someone from Social Services picked her up. From that day on I never heard of my daughter again.
