Arlo was born in February 2014 and has been diagnosed with epidermolysis bullosa, epilepsy, and suffers frequent respiratory infections. Per his most recent medical report, Arlo is physically deteriorating and severely developmentally delayed.
Arlo is largely immobile and fully dependent on the care of adults. He turns his head in the direction of faces, sounds and objects and briefly focuses his attention on what's shown to him. He's especially interested in musical toys that spin. Arlo produces sounds and recognizes the staff members.
Arlo needs a very special family that can invest the time, energy and dedication required by his diagnoses.
