- Case #Eleanor
Eleanor was born in September 2003. She is in good health with typical cognitive development.
Eleanor is an inquisitive, social girl who interacts well with adults and peers, has many friends, and shows respect for staff members. She readily joins activities and prefers to work in a group rather than individually. Eleanor completed 7th grade in the 2016/2017 school year. She is described as a smart girl whose grades dont reflect her abilities due to struggles with self-motivation. Like many teenagers, Eleanor sometimes has difficulty controlling her behavior and emotions. Eleanor maintains a neat personal appearance, has appropriate self-service skills, and willingly helps with chores. She expresses dissatisfaction with institutional life and would very much like to be adopted into a family.
