- Case #Isla
Isla was born in April 2008 and is a healthy girl who wears glasses to correct strabismus. Though shy, Ivy is emotionally open and easily makes contact with others. She asks many questions and answers them as well. Isla attends school, but her knowledge prior to entering was rather poor which has caused her academic delays compared to her peers. Isla has beautiful penmanship.
Isla requires a lot of support from her foster family and in school. She has two older sisters to whom she is attached, but the children cannot be adopted together.
THIS CHILD MUST BE ADOPTED FROM THE FOREIGN COUNTRY OF HIS/HER RESIDENCE.
