- Case #Kit
Kit was born in December 2009 and is described as a gentle, well-mannered and kind child who is always in a good mood. She easily makes social contacts, enjoys the company of other children and adults, has emotional connections with her caretakers, and likes to play.
Kit walks, jumps, runs, slides and swings. She can ride a bike, is potty-trained and can dress and undress. She speaks in simple sentences with an ever-increasing vocabulary. While Kit is developmentally at the level of a 4 year old child in some areas, her psychologist believes that in a stimulating family environment, she would quickly make gains and eventually catch up to her peers.
Kit is regularly monitored by a cardiologist for minor stenosis of the pulmonary aorta. She has also undergone genetic testing which showed no anomalies.
Kit has an older brother with more severe special needs who can be adopted with her. The children do not live in the same orphanage and do not share a close bond. Therefore, it is also possible to adopt Kit as a single child.
THIS CHILD MUST BE ADOPTED FROM THE FOREIGN COUNTRY OF HIS/HER RESIDENCE.
