Brothers Russell and Randall were born in August 2002 and April 2006, respectively. They are healthy, typically developing boys who share a clear emotional bond and live together in a foster family.
Russell is an honest and independent teen with very good communication skills and a large active vocabulary. He interacts with his peers without causing conflict and often takes on the role of performer. An 8th grade student in the 2016/2017 school year, Russell shows diligence and persistence in completing academic tasks, soliciting help from adults when needed. His foster family expresses satisfaction with his performance in school and notes improvements in his overall attitude towards education. Russell demonstrates appropriate personal hygiene and self-service skills, and together he and Randall keep their room clean and tidy.
Randall is an inquisitive, resourceful extrovert who communicates effectively showing superb articulation. In peer interactions he thrives in the role of leader, and when conflicts arise, he seeks out his brothers support. Randall strives to follow adults instructions, and when he struggles to do so, he can be convinced with logic and reasoning. A 4th grade student in the 2016/2017 school year, Randall completes his assignments and shows perseverance when he encounters challenges.
