Christopher is a rambunctious child. He loves attention! He especially enjoys receiving one-on-one attention. Christopher is very sweet and helpful. He loves being outside playing any sport including soccer, t-ball, football, and basketball. Christopher loves to run and he has recently taken an interest in track. He also really likes playing video games and with his toy cars. Christopher does well in school. Although he enjoys reading, he doesn?EUR(TM)t enjoy math so much. He is very sociable and makes friends easily. Like many children his age, Christopher can get upset when things don?EUR(TM)t go as he planned and he will occasionally express his upset feelings in a physical manner. Christopher requires redirection and guidance on how to respond appropriately. Christopher stated that he is a nice boy and a good friend.
Christopher will benefit greatly from a home that is caring and from an understanding family who will provide consistent structure, boundaries, and affection. Christopher will do well in a home with strong adult role models. He will need on-going supportive services to address adjusting to his new home. Christopher has an older sister who is not part of this adoption. Finding Christopher an adoptive home near his sister would be ideal, so they can continue to maintain their sibling relationship.
