- Case #80071
According to Deveion, playing football or basketball and eating pizza makes for an awesome day. Deveion loves being outdoors and playing, just about any type of sport. He does well interacting with others but is also able to entertain himself. Deveion can be fairly quite when he first meet you and will need to time to get to know you before he opens up. He can get frustrated with other children if he feels they are not playing the game the right way or not playing fairly, he somewhat has his own rules. A special strength for Deveion is that he is remorseful and understands right from wrong. He loves school even though he does struggle in certain classes. He may occasionally need some redirection at school and gets frustrated when he is unable to understand his work. Deveion is full of energy and being a helper around the house has proven to be a great outlet for him. Visit me at the Heart Gallery of the South Plains.
Deveion will do best in home where he is either the only child or youngest child. A two parent family will be great. An active family or a family who will encourage Deveion to participate in extracurricular activities will be a benefit. Deveion needs a family who will advocate and seek additional supportive services as needed. The ideal family for Deveion will also be willing to participate in supportive services with him if needed. Deveion wants and needs a family who will love him unconditionally, through the ups and downs.
