- Case #81134
Jubal is a very strong-willed youth who enjoys activities that exercise his mind. He is very intelligent and loves to read. He enjoys playing all types of games, especially video games, of course. Jubal expresses his emotions and opinions often. He can come off a bit too strong at times and struggles with following the rules. Jubal has a lot of energy and has trouble remaining on task. He benefits from reminders of what to do. In school, Jubal struggles in math class and needs assistance at times when he doesn't understand the curriculum. He tends to become anxious and doesn't know how to handle it when he feels this way. Jubal may act out and not make the right decision on occasion due to feeling frustrated. He strives to do better every day. Overall, Jubal is well-mannered and respectful. He is slow to trust others and will need time to feel comfortable in a new environment. Jubal needs a family that will offer him emotional support and patience. He needs a family that will allow him to feel like he is getting the one-on-one attention he desires. Jubal has reported that he feels like families with a large number of children are too crowded. The ideal home for him will only have one or two other children. Jubal also needs a family that will continue to work with him on making positive choices and help him continue to move forward.
