Madison is a happy child with a constant smile on her face. She loves to smile and be held. She also likes being told she is pretty and responds to touches on her face in a loving manner. Madison is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and is trach-ventilator dependent. She is fed through a feeding tube during the day and requires patience and constant feeding at night. Madison requires full-time cardiac and pulse oximeter monitoring. She requires 24 hour nursing care, as she is non-ambulatory. She also has hand and leg splints to help with muscle tone. Madison likes Disney cartoons, especially Mickey Mouse. She mostly loves to be rocked and held!
Madison will do well with a family that is able to provide a loving and nurturing home for her. The ideal family will have advanced training in medical care in order to meet all of her needs. Madison?EUR(TM)s family needs to understand that she requires full-time care for all of her needs and has numerous doctor and therapeutic appointments.
