Carter from Florida

Carter is an energetic boy who likes to be on the go! He loves everything about dinosaurs and enjoys going swimming whenever he gets the chance. When he is inside, Carter enjoys playing on his Nintendo Switch or watching movies. Carter would do best in a patient and loving family that would respect his boundaries and allow him to adjust at his own pace. Carter has siblings who are not in foster care with whom he would like to keep in contact.
