Ethan from Pennsylvania
Ethan is a friendly and personable teen who may seem serious when initially meeting him, but he warms up quickly and has a great smile! Ethan is athletic and loves sports such as basketball, soccer, baseball, and football. Ethan prefers being outside to sitting inside watching television or playing video games. He loves nature and being outside exploring. He loves animals and being in quiet and peaceful settings. Ethan is a very talented singer and his favorite song to sing is ?All of Me? by John Legend. Ethan recently attended a matching event and had a blast playing games, talking to adults, and interacting with peers. He made sure to dress his best and chose to wear a nice buttoned-down shirt, tie, and khaki pants. He chose his outfit carefully because it was really important to him to make a good impression on families. Ethan's caring spirit came shining through when he saved up all the tickets he won throughout the event and then selflessly gave them to a child he had just met, so the child could have enough tickets to get a big prize. Ethan won everyone over with this generous act! But this is who he is; caring, thoughtful, and sincere. He does well in school and would like to be a scientist when he grows up. He was student of the week and was very proud of himself for this achievement. He typically gets along well with others. Ethan would like an adoptive family and is looking forward to being in a permanent home. Ethan is open to a one or two parent home and would really like to have a younger brother, although this isn't a deal breaker! He needs a family who will be kind and supportive of him and his interests. He also would like an active family who likes to be outside and do fun activities. Parental rights have not been terminated for Ethan; however, upon the identification of a permanent resource the county will continue to pursue termination of parental rights.
