Jacob is a quiet child who relies on his caregivers to meet his needs. Jacob is quick to learn routines. He makes progress developmentally and emotionally with a caregiver who takes time to connect with him and is consistent with his routine. Jacob laughs heartily when swinging at the park. He likes watching movies he chooses. He enjoys tossing the soccer ball and red seems to be his favorite color, as that was the color he selected for his new soccer ball. Jacob tends to play individually and prefers to stay close to the adults he is familiar with. Jacob is quite capable of making his needs and wishes known and having them met successfully. Jacob requires a family who can meet his needs throughout his life, as he is challenged with Autism and intellectual impairment. Autism Spectrum Disorder

Annabell and Jacob are comfortable living together. Annabell tends to guide Jacob although he is not always willing to follow her lead. The children are generally calm together and get along well. They are attached to each other and would like a family to adopt them together. Annabell is polite, cares for others, and smiles often. She enjoys singing, playing outside, and watching movies. Jacob is a quiet child who relies on his caregivers to meet his needs. Jacob enjoys swinging at the park and watching movies he chooses. Jacob wants a family who is active and able to take him to the park, swing him and play soccer with him. Jacob's family should know how to access resources in order to meet his unique needs and be strong advocates to ensure his needs are meet fully. Jacob requires a family who can meet his needs throughout his life, as he is challenged with Autism and intellectual impairment. His family must be dependable.
