Christopher 6 years My favorite things: Paw Patrol videos, playing with toys, walks, swinging, anything outdoors, and loves animals. Things I do not like: I do not like to be alone, the dark, and loud noises. Favorite foods: Meat unless it is finely ground. Otherwise, I am not picky. What I want in a family: I would like a family that will spend time with me, teach me new things, has animals (though I can be rough with them), and I can feel safe with. What I want families to know about me: I am in a wheelchair currently, but this is not holding me back. I am learning to walk, move my body in the way that it should and love to learn. I do not talk but do know some simple sign language and would love to learn more. What we want families to know about the youth: Christopher is a very loving, happy (I laugh a lot) and funny child. He is very social and loves to be around others. Although he is currently not using spoken words, he is able to use sign language and learns more every day. He has been in a Rehabilitation facility for over a year, and he is ready to find his forever home. Christopher will need continued medical care for the injuries that he sustained. However, with each therapy he improves and shows how resilient that he is. Contact Information: Kirk Brewster (Best Way) kirkb@lundvt.org or 802-772-0703
