Lachlan was baptized last September, it was a memorable day to say the least! He has a fear of going underwater, which made baptizing him tricky. We had goggles ready for him if he wanted them, and kept silently praying through the baptismal program that his heart would be comforted. Amazingly to all those in attendance, he showed great faith and encourage and overcame his fear! He was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus-Christ of Latter-day Saints. As you can see from the "after" pictures, he was very happy, and so was all the extended family, including his birth family, who came!

Travel is a big part of our lives, we love planning our next trip. Whether just the two of us, or taking the three boys, we love seeing what's out there! Here we are at Lake Tahoe.

Our boys love to do crafts, they are often found coloring or cutting paper or painting something. They even go to an art class once a week which they love.

Took the boys to Legoland, our boys are constantly playing with Lego blocks and love Lego Ninjago. Legoland? Mom and Dad didn't love so much, but the boys would go back in a heartbeat!

Went to a sheepdog tournament! Because we like to do fun, unusual things together! They had face painting, Lachlan loves cheetahs, Jay rainbows (or anything golden), and Grayson snakes!

We take turns taking the boys on date nights, Lachlan loves "breakfast dinner" and often chooses to go to IHOP for his date.

Every morning we do "Scripture Power" with the boys. We started this just a little over a month ago and love starting our day out right.

Elly, Jay & Grayson birth mom
" When I first was trying to decide on placing the twins for adoption I had a list of qualities, attributes, and lifestyles that I wanted for the twins and the parents I would like to raise them. My dad sent me a list of people looking to adopt and Luke and Lynnece were on that list. I reached out to them, met them in person one time, and would email back and forth. Their communication is fantastic and they are very respectful of what you are comfortable with. Besides a feeling I had about them, I really connected with them on their story and then what just put the cherry on top was the name for the boys. I was asked what I would name the babies and I came up with Jay & Grayson. I asked what they would want to name them and they said, Jay & Grayson. I knew that they were meant to be their parents. Luke and Lynnece are all about family. They want to include you. They want as many people to love this child. They have been so great and including my family in life events or having get-togethers to see the boys. They respect you, love you, and care for you. "
