" I wholeheartedly recommend the Scott and Elise Titensor as adoptive parents, two great people who I have known for a long time with Elise as a sister and Scott as a friend in high school. Having grown up in a family of seven and being the second oldest, Elise developed motherly qualities from an early age in assisting her mom with her little brothers and sister when it was needed most. Scott also grew up in a family where he was the oldest and was taught of family being the utmost priority. He served his church for 2 years on a mission in a foreign country, has provided for Elise and Cooper and is a great in-law to our family in helping in any way he can. Scott and Elise have endured many different challenges throughout their lives and not only has it made them better individuals, it’s made them a stronger family. When they were finally able to get pregnant and eventually have Cooper come into this world, it was truly a miracle. The joy it brought that day continues each and every day as they pour 100% of their time, energy, resources into raising him. Their child raising approach with him has been thought out and implemented in a way that I look up to. They are active members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a religion that requires a lot of an individual and their family. They hold positions in their congregation group that has allowed them to work with many children of all ages and teach them the correct principles of our gospel. With the majority of their extended family close by as well as their church group and friends around the area, they have a ton of support around them each day that assists greatly whenever needed. Over the last few years my wife and I have had two kids of our own. Scott and Elise care deeply about them and would do anything needed to help them. All of my extended family loves my girls, but no one compares to Elise. Her constant attention to detail to make sure they are safe by a pool, in the car, what they are eating , close to a sharp object or anything else that might be a cause for concern, Elise is on the frontline to help. When I think of someone that’s as close as it gets to an exact version of me/my wife in the way I care about my kids, Elise is that person. So much that we decided to name my second daughter Kinley Elise LeSueur. Last year my wife and I took a trip out of the country and left our girls with our babysitter the majority of the time. Scott and Elise took the initiative and came over often to see the girls so that they would feel a sense of normalcy while we were gone. Unfortunately Kinley developed and ear infection while we were on the trip, over one of the weekends. Elise spent hours and multiple trips at the local emergency room with her, getting the treatment needed and holding her while she was up off and on the entire night while keeping us informed on how she was doing. Scott also gave Kinley a special blessing prayer of comfort and strength that I know helped significantly. And when asked about a situation, most people would talk about how many hours of sleep they lost or how it put them out. The first thing Elise told me was how much closer of a bond she built with Kinley that night. Their love and care for my girls is strong and unbreakable. So strong that they would become the parental guardian of them if something were to ever happen to my wife and me. Scott, Elise and Cooper have been preparing for the possibility of adopting for some time now and it’s my belief that they are ready to bring another child into their family and welcome them with the biggest open arms that you can imagine. Sincerely, Reed LeSueur "
