I grew up with two siblings and to two parents who worked (year-round) as summer camp directors. Every summer, as a child, was spent at camp and each day was spent outdoors engaged in activities ranging from Sailing and Tennis to Arts and Crafts and Pottery. It was at camp that I first learned to work- washing dishes in the dining hall.
Andy is an incredible parent, prioritizing family first.
Today, I work as a truck/delivery driver and find enjoyment in that. Personally, I continue to wonder what the upper limits are for myself and for all humans in regards to our potential for joy and love.
"Andy is like no other man I have ever met. He is an incredible parent, prioritizing family first. As a dad to June, he is a forever-willing playmate and partner in crime. As foster parents, Andy stayed home with a two year old and a newborn further developing his understanding of children and their development. He is self-aware and always striving to understand himself and those around him. He puts in the work that is necessary for understanding the emotions that are at the heart of how we react to the world. He is a wonderful artist and shares his talents by making personalized books and cards for family and friends. He is a hard worker, not only in his work as a truck driver, but as our family’s handyman and gardener.”
