Coffee County Needs Foster Homes

Alabama’s Coffee County is in urgent need of foster homes, with 43 children now in the care of the Department of Human Resources.

Of course, the goal is to reunite children with their families. But many children in Coffee County are requiring longer term foster care. There is a need for parents to foster children from newborn through the teenage years including those with special needs and sibling groups.

Coffee County is encouraging any who feel they can offer a loving, safe environment to contact the Department of Human Resources to sign up for the ten week fostering children course.
