Looking for Birth Parents

I was adopted out at birth to Wally and Erica Komorowski but am now in search of my birth parents. I was giving the name of Gary Michelle Dalby. My Father could be a Brian Dalby and also could have been a pilot but not to sure on this information. The adoption happened at Narrogin Hospital in Perth Western Australia on the 27th Febuary 1964. A Dr Zilko whom has now passed helped with it. The Dalby's may have come from NSW. Hope someone can help me with any info big or small.
