Hawaii Experiences

Hi-- I was wondering if anyone has done an adoption in Hawaii? We're thinking about it and while we have done a lot of research and gotten a lot of information about the adoption programs, we know very little about the time spent in Hawaii. Does anyone know of good places to stay? About how long the interstate compact generally takes in Hawaii? Is there a lot of contact with the birth mother the way there is in RMI? Thanks!
