We are in N.Y.
My wife is from Russia and is in N.Y. with me awaiting
her interview for a Green card and pernimant citizenship,
as are the children ages 5 and 8.
I have a letter noterized and translated to English from the father in Russia.
It states he gives them permission to live in the U.S.
and also his permission for "possible" adoption.
