new and need help

Hi I am new to this whole adoption thing and I need help . I have been researching information about philippine relative adoption but it does not really tell you a lot where to start or how to go about it. My husband and I have been planning to do this adoption before the baby was born but now the child is a year old and two months. Can someone suggest what agency or lawyer I can use in California that has a good reputation in interantional adoption? Is there anyone who have successfuly adopted a relative from the philippines? liezlmay
