Searching for my birth mother. Maiden name Clifton. Last known living in Wellington New Zealand.Adoptive mother shirlie mitchell was in the hospital at the time I was born and as far as I know went to school with my natural mothers sister. Cannot provide any more information than this.

NZ adoption records have been open since 1985.
All you need to do is contact the following Govt address and they will search and do an outreach to your mother on your behalf once you fill in their application forms.
