Looking for birth father

I recently found my birthmother on this website and I obtained some information on my birthfather. His name was Terry Grace, he was on the ship USS Hector in the late 70's which was docked at Subic Bay, PI. I don't know much about him yet but I do know that the division on the ship he was on was either R1 Div. or R6 Div.. I have tried all the navy websites with no avail. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

I found my birth father but he doesn't want to have anything to do with me b/c it is causing problems with him and his wife. Oh well, he's missing out.
