I have been reading a lot of everyone's messages, and have a little bit of advice for you. If you want a baby or child from the Philippines DO NOT go through any kind of attorney or facilitator. The Philippine government WILL NOT accept your adoption. You absolutely must go through an adoption agency.
Be careful, and please ask me any questions you might have before you do something you don't know about.
