Can anyone offer assitance in finding a homestudy agency in NJ. I have left messages with requests for application at Jewish and Family Services in Fanwood, HAPs, and United Family and Children in Plainfield. I was told by each applications would be forthcoming and over 3 weeks later nothing. I have paid my agency and want to get the process rolling. HELP
I called International Families in Philadelphia. They might work in New Jersey also. When I called them on the phone one evening they sent me all the information via e-mail within a half hour of me hanging up the phone. The e-mail contained the contract and all the specifics you need answered. PM me if you want any other info about them.
Good luck!

Hi...
We just set up our first home study appt. We are using Catholic Charities. I called, we set up our first appointment (4/20) and she mailed me the application and info etc...I dont know where you are located, but this office is in vineland nj...they may have other offices there. If you want the name and #, you can message me and i will give it to you. It is actually cheaper than other agencies i have called, and i was able to set up everything without a wait.
Good luck.
Jenai in NJ
International Families is charging $800 total for the whole homestudy (application included). When I called the Catholic Charities near me they sent me the info and the application and the homestudy with visits totalled to $1500. Also, Catholic Charities will only send out your completed homestudy to "non-profit" agencies. Just wanted to make sure all your bases were covered. :) Good luck with whoever you choose!
I understand that this question was posted awhile ago, but in case anyone is interested too, we dealt with Golden Cradle, lady named Monica, and she was great! Fast too!
