Need to find a counselor

I am in a reunion with 3 children,I am having a very hard time emotionally with it,1 child is very kind a caring calling often,another was loving at first but seems kind of distant now and the third child needs time.I can not deal with all these emotions with 3 differant kinds of needs,I want to be in all of their lives so much it has consumed me and cant keep going on like this.Whom do I search out for help?Is counselors on reunions usally listed in phonebook?is there someone that can help me.
