HI KELLY,
I am a mother of three boys 14,and twin boys 6. It was a big adjustment going from 1 child thats was 8 yrs old to newborn twins. i went crazy until I got some organization in my life. And i still keep organization now.since they all go 2 school durning the day i clean, wash clothes, and take care of business. sometimes thats just my time:) .
And i make my 14 yr. old son do odd jobs for that extra money that he thinks grow on trees. When family want their grass cut or garage cleaned out.he does things like that and he can do what he wants with his money. BUt I remind him that keeping his hair cut or buying things for his bike,or money for school everday is what he should do with his money. And that really helps me out. Nothing is wrong with teaching responsiblity early. you will be suprised at how it will help you and how much better kids take care of thing they buy, than what you buy.
i hope this help!!!
