Hi,
Do you know your birthmothers age at the time she gave birth to you and also do you know how many siblings she had?
This information will help, as I know of one Kroeker family with 3 girls and a boy in the family, and another with three boys and two girls~all from Manitoba.
If you have received your non-identifying information from the Alberta Gov't Post Adoption Registry, then it should have this type of information on it (number of siblings, your birthmothers age, her parents ages, all of their occupations).
If you haven't received non-identifying information, you can apply for it
under "adopted person"

The adoption records are coming open in November of 2004, however I would suggest getting the non-identifying information now, if you don't have it, and then in November apply to get the identifying information.
