Still ISO: Male born 3-28-1969;Charleston;S.C. "Baby Lee"

My brother was adopted & was born in Charleston. We've always known his birth date to be March 19, 1969, but since it was so close I thought I'd reply to you. Other than that I don't have any information. Do you have anything else?

just curious but, are you positive that its Charleston where the birth took place? and do you have the correct year? things are sometimes changed.
