But there should be. I will gladly request permission from her for such a thing (perhaps she might NEED to have a note that she doesn't endorse it b/c legally I don't think she can per state law).
Would someone be up to creating that? I'm not good at websites... unless I'm searching through them. Or I could I guess... but someone tell me how?
I see sites for various maternity homes... well, there should be one for atty's especially for this atty! I mean for adoptions she's handled.

sorry, i dont know what that means!! have no idea how to find my birthparents!! just know birthmother registered in hospital under adopted mothers name, and they had to drive around hospital 3 time before they could pick me up. was told mothers family were prominent citizens of biloxi. can you help??

November is National Adoption Month and I would like to ask you if youd be interested and willing to participate in a brief interview for a press release about Adoption. I am interested in how you got involved in adoption law, how long youҒve been handling adoptions and your overall opinion of adoption in todays America. I have been referred to you by so many in the community, birth parents, adoptive parents, their friends҅ You have quite a following!
I am hoping to get some word out about the many facets of adoption: foster adoption, international adoption, open adoption, adoptee/ birth parent searches, reunion outcomes, etc.
I also would like to ask you, off the record, if you would be OK with the creation of a website for searchers to hone in on, that would have your name on it. I know you have handled countless adoptions for many years and Ive befriended some searchers whose adoptions youҒve handled. You do not need to endorse it (Im not sure you can do so legally), I just donҒt want you to be offended, nor would I want anyone prosecuted for using your name as a beacon. If you have any unofficial advice for searchers that you can share that would be great too. Remember, this would be totally unofficial permission.
November is National Adoption Month and all members of the triad are being asked to write press releases, or opinion/ editorial letters to their local papers and media outlets. If, by chance, you would like to add your voice to that, please feel free. Although we are specifically trying to broaden awareness of openness in adoption (open adoptions/ open records), having all corners of adoption covered would be most beneficial.

She called me!!!
I was driving and went in shock I think cuz I kinda forget it all... but she said hi this is clare hornsby. I got your letter and i'd like to do an interview. However, I"d like to also have this judge so-and-so .... (forgot it all here) and I'll give you a call when I find a time that she and I are available together (something like that). I was STUNNED!!!! I thanked her and said, OK, I'll look forward to hearing from you.
Then I thought: This is Great! Ack, I've never done any interviews, I"ve got to write my professor (a journalist).
