Does anyone know the process

That entirely depends on if that child has already been through court for being an orphan and turned over to the government(takes about six months), the parents had classes and signed over their rights, if they are the only family interested, and on and on. Usually if it is just a question though, ICAB will usually write back within a month. Good luck! Jen

angmk there is a Yahoo group adopt-philippines that has a lot of members currently in the process and a few that have just arrived home with identified children from the home finding list. I'm sure people in this group could give you information on how long it took them after their agency contacted ICAB.
