Okay... last time we adopted we lived in a diffrent town, we had a diffrent social worker... and the laws were diffrent. (they just recently have been changed in edmonton...) So we are totally confused... and it a week-end... we can't talk to the social workers til monday. I was just wondering if anybody knew about this process. We're not too worried because we've been through it before and we've passed (and our house was under construction.) But we need to get prepared. Like we know about it... we know about the paper work and all that. But how long is it in Edmonton??? I understand that it is diffrent from agency to angency... but anybody who has had a home study done in edmonton... how long did it take you? We have been approved before (as I said...) so I'm sure we will be able to get approved... because not only do we have a nicer house now but we actually will have a seprate room for the baby and we make more money now. But I'm just concerned about the amount of time it will take.
I'm sorry if this is rambling... but if ANYBODY has any info... it would be nice to hear it...
thanks...
