Hi, i have the same birthdate..if i read it correct you mean October 6, 1985? right? Where was your son born? which hospital, do you know tha name of your adoption agency and the name of the Social worker? If yes please send me the answers, i have the same birthdate and i was born in Miami, Florida too so please tell me, i am looking for my birthmom and it gets really frustrating..

Hello, young man! Thank you for writing me back. The Agency I'd used to place my newborn for adoption was Chosen Children, in Lake Worth, Florida. My agent was Jan Cohn. Ms. Cohn is now deceased, and the Adoption Agency closed/dissolved back in the 1990's; I've heard. Sadly, quite a few closed adoption records reportedly were either "lost" or misappropriated. How that could have happened, I have no clue, except for the fact that "back in the day," records were not automatically stored online and/or scanned onto the internet as a matter of course. The one thing I am pretty certain of; however, is that my son was born October 6, 1986, not 1985. You, my friend, are apparently one year older than the person I am trying to find. Other things I was appraised about is that the family who'd adopted my son is/was Roman Catholic, they lived "South" of me (South of the Palm Beaches) and also they were adopting a little girl as well as my boy.
