Ft. Worth TX/1-17-81?/Gladney Center

I was born in Ft. Worth Tx. at the Gladney Center. My b-certificate says 1-17-1981 but that may be incorrect. I have little information about my b-parents and absolutely no identifiying info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
