Identical twin girls adopte 1934 st.Vincente Infant asylum

Can someone please help me and attempt to identify identical twin girls born May 17, 1927 or 1930 and placed in an orphanage in Milwaukee or Madison county.Adopted parents are Cyril Parkinson and Edith (Brooks) Parkinson. Adoptees names Barbara Turner and Patricia Turner. I am trying to locate the birth parents information, not wanting to contact them though. Also any siblings.Two stories: 1st; girls remember being in the orphanage and was born in the Madison County. 2nd: May have been born in Kenosha, possible birth parent name 'Shaw'I did locate in the 1930 census twin girls in St. Vincente Infant asylum April, 1930 2yrs,11mos. This places the birthdate almost correctly but not able to locate either child from there. Names; Clarice J. and Mary G. Cook.
