i believe that is where i am adopted from, my adoptive parents said they adopted me at 6 months(1981), but the birth certif. i have was signed 1983 so i dont know if i was a foster child first. if they do know anything they are not telling me, but other people seem to know more than i do. even if my mother does not want to see me i would like to know if i can get info about my father from her. i do not think they were married. if anyone knows anything about a woman giving up a child she had by a black man in the mass. or conn area, in or around 1981, feel free to leave me a message.
