Here are the ones I know so far - this is for adopting from the state Locate an agency - there is a list of them on adoptpakids.org complete the classes complete application complete homestudy get approval Then get matched w/ kid get kid placed finalization after minimum of 6months in home That's pretty simpilized but it seems to be the 'schedule' for PA HTH Diane
