Is it harder to adopt "aged-out" teens or

is it easier to adopt "aged-out" teens? Just curious, I know there is a huge need for individuals to take in teens. God has placed this on my heart. If anyone knows, please advise me. Thanks and Blessings.

In my stae, aged out means over 18. It is still legal to adopt them, if you and they want it. If you mean teens who are in independent living, they can also be adopted, again, if you want it and they agree.
