Does anyone know where you get the forms for a step parent adoption in kansas I have asked EVERYONE: courthouse, legal aide, social services, lawyers; I can't even find the forms online. Is it safe to even do the adoption w/o a lawyer?

Do you already have the other parent's rights terminated? That is the first step.
