Foster Homes and Mentors needed for Refugee Youth in PA

The agency we are using for our foster/adopt is looking for foster homes AND mentors for kids arriving in the US as refugees without families to care for them. The agency is located in Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. Like typical foster kids, these youngsters will receive medical cards and clothing allowances, and the families caring for them will receive the foster care rate. Unlike typical foster kids, these kids may have spent years in a refugee camp, and probably know very little English and even less about how to survive and find their way in the US. Those who are interested in helping but can't foster can work with the youth as mentors, helping them learn how to get around and how to get along.
