Is there anyone that has theforms needed to start a step parent adoption? I am in Nevada. The birth father was last known to be in Oregon, but works under the table, lives from couch to couch last I know, and dodges all last issued court orders. I'm wondering how much the judge is going to ask in the state of Nevada to have us get permission to relinquish his rights. Will he maybe not have us do this at all? My husband and I would like to get this started, but are having a hard time finding forms. Can anyone help with that? Does anyone know what we may have to do for trying to contact the BF?Bren
