We're taking foster/adoption classes now and we're hoping to be approved for up to 3 more children, bringing our total up to 7.

This is a "fun" problem for me...I feel as excited as I did when I was picking out cribs and such when I was pregnant:) . I'm seeking advice on how to sleep 3 kids to a bedroom (we have a 4 bedroom home now). If we adopt, we will eventually build on or move, but in the meantime, I need to try to make the bedrooms neat, and sleepable. I don't really like the triple stacked bunk beds, so I'm thinking of bunk beds with a trundle.

Does anyone have tips for decorating cheaply? Any web stores you can recommend for children's bedding or furniture?

I can only suggest IKEA for cheap furniture. Maybe a set of bunk beds and a loft bed which puts bed#3 up high leaving more floor room.
IKEA also has inexpensive bedding, mattresses, toys etc for a coordinated bedroom. I have looked at a lot of places -- even Kmart and WalMart and I still find IKEA's prices to be the best.

Put the word out with friends and family that your'e looking for good used bunks etc... we did and relatives called us from a garage sale to see if we were interested in some they found. They bought them, delivered them and even picked up some bedding sets from another sale. They let us pay them when we could. As far as decorating try to recycle what you have by repainting etc.. painting walls is great to freshen up a room too.
