wrap'n wear does custom sizes. All you need to do is contact then with your size if you need larger then what they have on the website. It works sooo great for me. I really do love it. They also include a DVD with it that is so well done. Anyway check them out. I think that they have their own website and they are sold on several other websites. but i would contact them directly. I am a big girl myself, about to adopt a newborn. I tried on my friend's Bjorn (she is a size six or less) and when I loosened the straps all the way, it fit just fine. I am a size 24 - not sure how plus you are but if you're a 24 or less, I would give a regular one a try. You'll probably be pleasantly surprised like I was.
