In abuse cases that are hotlined,does it need to be the witness of the abuse(maternal grandmom),the witness of bruises(paternal great grandmom)if the bruises are present right now?This is a 2 year old,step father abuse and the authorities have been there before,although I don't know the details.I just know social workers came out.
Neither gmom wants to call.Can a third party call?

If you feel that a child is being abused - please please call the hotline. The child cannot do it himself. These are the most defenseless. Older kids and teens can voice what they know is wrong.
Help to save a child - stop abuse before it stops a child!!
